• Sneak Peeks: Within5 business days after your wedding, we’ll send a few highlight images so you can share and enjoy a preview while we work on the full gallery.

• Full Wedding Gallery: Our contract states a maximum of 4 months after the wedding day, but we do our best to deliver the images in about 8 to 10 weeks after the wedding day. We know you want your images as fast as possible, we just ask that you trust our process. Keep in mind that during high season we have less time to sit down and edit, but we will do everything we can to deliver your full gallery in a timely manner. We do not want to keep you waiting too long. Every photo is carefully selected and professionally edited to ensure the best quality.

We absolutely love photographing destination weddings and are happy to travel anywhere to capture your special day! Our travel policy is designed to be transparent and straightforward, ensuring you get the best coverage without any surprises.

How Travel Fees Work

Our travel fees vary based on the location of your wedding and typically cover:
✅ Flights & Transportation – Round-trip airfare and/or car rental if necessary.
✅ Accommodation – A minimum of two nights stay (or more depending on the location and event schedule).
✅ Meals & Daily Expenses – Basic per diem costs for meals and incidentals.

Driving vs. Flying

For weddings within 650 km of Montreal, I am happy to drive instead of flying. In this case, a mileage fee of $0.65 per km (round trip) will be applied on top of the accommodation costs mentioned above. This option can be more cost-effective for certain locations and allows for greater flexibility.

Destination Wedding Packages

For weddings that require extensive travel (international or multiple-day events), we offer customized destination wedding packages that may include:

• Full wedding day coverage + extra sessions (welcome dinner, day-after shoot, etc.)

• No additional travel fees beyond what’s agreed upon upfront

• Discounted engagement session for local couples before the wedding

When Do We Book Travel?

We typically book our own flights and accommodations to ensure flexibility, but we coordinate all details with you in advance. If your venue provides accommodations, we’re happy to discuss incorporating that into the agreement.
